No Knead Bread

Here's an interesting and simple recipe for bread:



I'm going to try that.

The ancient Egyptians cooked their bread in conical clay pots. Perhaps they were the inspiration for that recipe.

It is amazing, isn't it.

I'm sure you can use any flour you wish, although you may need to use a touch more liquid or some oil. The great thing about baking bread is that so many permutations are possible, and it's all just fungus and flour mixed with liquid.

I haven't tried leaving dough for twenty four hours yet. I think I will however.
